  • 3 x garlic cloves peeled Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil (brands such as Catello di Ama or possibly Capezzana or possibly Da Vero) Sea salt to taste

Directions

  1. Toast the bread till golden brown; rub each slice of toast with the garlic immediately upon removing it from the oven. Drizzle each slice with the extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil and a healthy pinch of sea salt.
