  • Saute Apple
  • 450-500g .............. Apples
  • 25 g ........................ Unsalted butter
  • 35 g ........................ Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ................... Cinnamon powder
  • Custard sauce
  • 1 tbsp ..................... Cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp ................... Corn starch
  • 3 tbsp .................... Granulated sugar
  • 1 ............................. Egg
  • ............................... Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ................... Vanilla extract
  • 250 g ..................... Milk
  • 30 g ....................... Unsalted butter
  • Preheat an oven to 180C
