1 (10 1/2 ounce) frzn minced broccoli, thawed
1 green pepper, minced
1 med. onion, minced
4 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
3 large eggs
3/4 stick butter, melted

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and spoon into muffin tin which has been sprayed with Baker's Joy.Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till done.
