Directions

  1. Mix water, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice together till smooth.
  2. Gently stir in berries. Pour into a 9" unbaked pastry shell, dot with butter. Cover with pastry strips, trim edges and seal as you flute crust. You may brush top with evaporated lowfat milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 F for 30-35 min.
