Name: Bourbon Chicken Marinade
Ingredients: 1 c. chicken cut up or possibly 1 1/2 lbs. boneless breasts; 1 c. Jim Beam bourbon whiskey; 1/2 c. dark brown sugar; 1 c. catsup; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 c. white vinegar; 1 tsp fresh lemon juice; 3 clv garlic, chopped; 1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper tot taste.

1 c. Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 clv garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper tot taste.

Directions

Combine all glaze ingredients. Brush chicken with thin coating of glaze. Chill 3-4 hrs.
Brush again and then grill till done. Continue to baste while cooking.
