Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. quick cook oatmeal
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions
- Mix sugar, lowfat milk, butter and cocoa in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from stove and add in oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut. Spoon out on wax paper or possibly foil to cold.
