Blue Cheese Dip With Michigan Dried Tart Cherries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped chives or possibly onions
  • 1/4 c. Finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Crumbled blue cheese Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. Minced Michigan Dry Cherries

Directions

  1. Serve with red and yellow peppers, endive, celery, zucchini and blanched sugar snap peas and broccoli.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients but cherries, stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerateto blend flavors, 3 hrs or possibly longer.
  3. Just before serving blend in cherries
  4. Yield: 2 1/2 c. dip
