Top these juicy blue cheese stuffed patties with slices of avacado for a seriously aweome burger!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 4oz Blue Cheese (this is the size of the container, I used almost all of it)
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper (crank that grinder like 5 times)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 big dashesWorcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • 3 pieces cooked & cooled bacon crumbled or chopped up
  • 1 Avocado
  • Whole Wheat Buns

Directions

  1. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the beef, blue cheese, pepper, onion, Worcestershire, salt and bacon.
  3. Knead the ingredients together and form 4 patties.
  4. Put the patties on the grill and cover for 6 minutes
  5. Flip patties (don't press on them) and cover for another 6 minutes.
  6. Add a minute or two on each side if you want a well done burger. We made these medium-rare.
