- 3 c. Steak, cubed
- 3 c. Diced tomato
- 3 c. Tomato puree
- 2 1/2 c. Onion
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1 c. Carrots, diced
- 1 c. Green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 c. Red beans
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 3/4 tsp White pepper
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 x A fresh jalapeno pepper
- 3/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Beef stock
- 1 c. Beer
Directions
- Brown meat in pot. Add in vegetables, spices, and liquids. Simmer three to four hrs.
