  • 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries (or possibly raspberries)
  • 1 c. part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Layer the fruits in 6 individual serving dishes
  2. Using electric beaters, whip together the ricotta cheese, lowfat milk, sugar and wine.
  3. Spoon a portion of the cream over each fruit serving, top with toasted hazelnuts, and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
