Makes 1 Quart
Ingredients
- 4 Kit Kat bars 1.6 ounces each
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup refined sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Using a knife, chop the candy bars into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate in a covered bowl.
- Mix eggs, sugar, cream, and milk in a bowl, add vanilla extract.
- Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and chill following manufacturers instructions.
- After ice cream stiffens, just before its done, add Kit Kats and continue freezing until ready.
- Makes 1 generous Quart!
