Directions

  1. Place ribs in a large Dutch oven; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 35 min. Drain ribs, and arrange in a large shallow dish.
  2. Combine apricots and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; blend till smooth. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat; cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove ribs from marinade and place on a lightly greased rack in broiler pan, reserving marinade for basting. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 min, basting twice.
