Banana Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 sm Bananas, ripe
  • 1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 pkt Banana Pudding Mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced Nuts, optional

Directions

  1. Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat till well mashed.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 min.
  3. Pour into well-greased and floured 10" tube or possibly Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min.
  5. Cold in pan at least 15 min. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
  6. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if you like.
