Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar – reduced to 1/4 cup
  • 2 or 3 teaspoons cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
  • 1 cup water – half water, half apple juice
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 mashed, ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 8oz (half of a 16 oz. tub) low fat Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
