  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil (you can use fresh basil if you wish to)
  • 1 tsp (or more) red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tsp water
  • sea salt for sprinkling
