Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken thighs (80 gm) each
  • 2 skinless chicken drumstick
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose-flour
  • 1 medium egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper grounded
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I add 1/4 teaspoon extra but that’s my choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
