  • 2 can (29-ounce) peeled apricot halves, liquid removed
  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Apricot juice
  • 1 box (9-ounce) Ritz crackers
  • 2/3 c. Brown sugar Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Grease shallow 2-qt casserole. Layer with apricots. Add in brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 min.
