Directions

  1. Separate large eggs, putting whites in bowl to be used later. In top of double boiler, put together chocolate chips, sugar, lowfat milk, and egg yolks. Stir occasionally till melted and mix is smooth. Remove from fire. Beat egg whites till stiff, mix in chocolate chips mix. Then pour into baked pie shell. Chill till set.Cool Whip may be used for garnish.
