Directions

  1. Thaw jumbo asparagus just to mellow, so the spears can be separated. Prepare in high pressure steamer until just tender. Cool and hold for service.
  2. Make brown butter. Place in saute pan to heat and saute precooked asparagus to heat through.
  3. Place hot spears in a preheated designated dish and top with remaining brown butter. Serve immediately.
