- 2 Tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a screw-top jar. Shake to mix. Brush over the intended fruit, that you cover and chill for 10 min. Then drain and grill.
