Directions

  1. Combine sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in lowfat milk, juice and rind. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and add in to other mix. Combine apricots and nuts; add in to batter. Pour into greased loaf pan and let stand 20 min.
  2. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
