Ingredients: 2 lbs. hamburger; 1 pound bulk pork sausage; 1/2 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk; 2 c. oatmeal; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 2 teaspoon chili pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr; 2 teaspoon salt; 2 large eggs; 1/2 c. minced onion; 3 c. catsup; 2 1/4 c. brown sugar; 1 T liquid smoke, if desired; 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr; 1 c. finely minced onions

Ingredients

2 teaspoon chili pwdr
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
3 c. catsup
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T liquid smoke, if desired
1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 c. finely minced onions

Directions

Mix and shape into balls. Place in a 9x13 glass pan in single layer. Pour on sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
