Ingredients

  • For this Paratha's you need
  • For the Stuffing
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. of coriander seeds, grinded coarsely
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • For the dough
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of sugar
  • 1 tsp. of ghee
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil/ghee - for the paratha's
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl,mix the flour with salt and sugar. Add sufficient water to it.Mix well
