- ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp rum extract

- ½ cup walnuts – finely chopped
- 2 ½ cups flour – sifted
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup warm water
