About me

I'm a 48 year old woman from Colorado, and I love to make all kinds of recipes, especially from other countries. I am also a sci-fi die-hard fan, and one of the things I love to make on occasion is Klingon Bloodwine (both the adult version, as well as the kiddie version), straight out of the Star Trek cookbook. One of my favorite dishes is dirty rice; whenever I take it to a potluck, it tends to go pretty quickly. About the only dish I haven't been brave enough to cook yet is traditional haggis, which requires parts of the sheep that are kind of hard to find in a butcher shop.
