I am from WV. Love all foods. I have to stick with stuff easy on me with Crohns,osteoporosis,leaky heart valve,etc. I love taste and unlike everyone else i do handle dairy and stuff. I like cooking,poetry,arts,etc. I am not much for certain diets we need all nutrients. Plus i am not sticking to one type of food.
