About me

I am from Tipperary, Ireland where I began cooking at a young age. I currently reside in Los Angeles where I am available for hire for private and personal chef services . I am also a member of the exclusive cast of Big City Chefs' popular Food Network series, Private Chefs of Beverly Hills, where I cater to the clientele of swank L.A. neighborhoods. Shortly after my American television debut, Irish television network TV3 scooped me up to star in my own cooking show, "Stuart's Kitchen." My style of cuisine is influenced by my Irish upbringing, European training (I earned my B.A. in Culinary Arts from the Dublin institute of Technology) and California residence. Combining these sensibilities, I produce simple, elegant dishes full of comfort and flavor yet created with a healthy, active lifestyle in mind.
