Vietnamese-Style Iced Coffee Recipe

This nontraditional Vietnamese Iced Coffee recipe is as easy as it can be, especially if you already have my cold-brew coffee concentrate ready in your fridge. Combine the strong coffee with sweetened milk and you have a cool summer coffee treat!

My poor Judah was sick all week last week. His fever started Sunday morning and did not break until during the night, Thursday night (early Friday morning). It was crazy. He’s never been this sick! He was in bed all day every day, yet still held a good spirit and positive attitude. Sweet thing.

The doc thought he had strep, but the test came back negative so they poked his finger to check his blood. Judah, of course, was crazy crying during this whole episode of finger poking.…
