Vermicelli Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound vermicelli, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 pound sm. cocktail shrimp
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce.) Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley

Directions

  1. Whisk together the dressing and mayonnaise till smooth. Add in shrimp, onion and parsley to the cooked vermicelli. Pour dressing over and toss to coat thoroughly. Chill up to 24 hrs. Toss again before serving.
