Ingredients

  • 6 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cakes yeast
  • 1/2 c. hot lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 4 jars nut or possibly poppy seed filling

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot lowfat milk; set aside. Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, Large eggs and lowfat sour cream. Add in yeast mix; blend well. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll our each part thin as for jelly roll. Spread each part with one full jar of nut or possibly poppy seed filling. Roll up and place on greased pan and allow to rise for 1 hour or possibly till doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
