  • Urad/ udid dal – 1 teaspoon
  • Peanuts – 1 tablespoon
  • Red chillies – 2
  • A string of curry leaves
  • FOR GRINDING TO DRY POWDER
  • Red chillies – 5-6
  • Methi (fenugreek) seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
