  • ½ cup apple juice

  • 2 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
  • 10 clove garlic (peeled and lightly smashed)
  • 1 (4-inch) piece ginger (thinly sliced)

  • 3 cup shredded Napa cabbage (loosely packed)
  • 1 cucumber (cut into bite-sized pieces)
