Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Mousse - Adapted From Dave Lieberman - Food Network
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 3 cups heavy cream, separated
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons rum, optional
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla, separated
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 Ginger snaps, crushed, plus 8 more for serving
