  • 1 Cup Basmati Rice (or any rice)
  • For Grinding
  • 1 Cup Loosely packed Mint leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Loosely packed Coriander leaves
  • 3 Tbsp Grated coconut
  • 2 no's Garlic pods
  • 1/2" piece Ginger
  • 2-3 no's Green chillies
  • For Tempering
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad Dahl
  • 2 no's Red Chillies
  • 3-4 no's Curry leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Peanuts
