Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. cream (half & half)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh or possibly frzn dill
  • 4 hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes in salt water. Combine flour and cream. When potatoes almost cooked, add in flour and cream mix. Bring soup to a boil. Add in finely minced dill (don't use stems of dill). Garnish with minced egg. Season with vinegar to taste.
