Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cream (half & half)
- 2 tbsp. fresh or possibly frzn dill
- 4 hard-boiled Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. flour
Directions
- Boil potatoes in salt water. Combine flour and cream. When potatoes almost cooked, add in flour and cream mix. Bring soup to a boil. Add in finely minced dill (don't use stems of dill). Garnish with minced egg. Season with vinegar to taste.
