Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 12 ounce bag lowfat milk chocolate chips (not semi-sweet)

Directions

  1. Beat large eggs well, 3 min. Add in all remaining ingredients. Grease large cookie sheet with sides (sheet cake pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min till hard but not brown. WHILE STILL HOT, spread the peanut butter on top then sprinkle with the lowfat milk chocolate chips. When chips are soft, spread over peanut butter. Chill till hard.
