Vinaigrette ingredients.

Combine orange juice and garlic in a saucepan.
|

|
Boil until reduced to 3/4 cup. Cool completely.
|
|
|
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
|
|
|
For a thicker consistency whisk in a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.
