%20So,%20we%20got%20to%20work%20and%20recreated%20Bi-Rite%E2%80%99s%20ricanelas%20ice%20cream.%20I%20am%20not%20sure%20how%20they%20make%20it,%20but%20we%20came%20up%20with%20a%20No%20Churn%20Cinnamon%20Snickerdoodle%20Ice%20Cream%20recipe%20that%20is%20pure%20perfection.%20On%20a%20scale%20from%201-10,%20it%20is%20a%205,879!%20Yep,%20it%20is%20off%20the%20charts%20good!%20And%20the%20best%20part?%20It%20is%20SO%20easy!%20You%20don%E2%80%99t%20even%20need%20an%20ice%20cream%20maker%20to%20make%20this%20ice%20cream!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20haven%E2%80%99t%20tried%20no%20churn%20ice%20cream%20yet,%20you%20NEED%20to.%20It%20is%20beyond%20easy%20and%20the%20ice%20cream%20is%20super%20creamy.%20I%20was%20skeptical%20when%20we%20first%20tried%20it,%20but%20it%20is%20the%20real%20deal.%20I%20am%20currently%20obsessed.%20I%20love%20our%20ice%20cream%20maker,%20but%20sometimes%20it%20is%20nice%20to%20take%20the%20easy%20route,%20especially%20when%20the%20results%20are%20amazing!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20make%20no%20churn%20ice%20cream,%20you%20need%20sweetened%20condensed%20milk%20and%20heavy%20cream.%20Whip%20the%20cream%20to%20form%20stiff%20peaks%20and%20fold%20the%20whipped%20cream%20into%20the%20sweetened%20condensed%20milk.%20So%20easy%20and%20the%20flavor%20options%20are%20endless.%20I%20added%20cinnamon,%20vanilla,%20and%20snickerdoodle%20cookie%20pieces%20to%20recreate%20my%20favorite%20ice%20cream%20flavor.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20used%20my%20favorite%20snickerdoodle%20cookie%20recipe,%20but%20didn%E2%80%99t%20dip%20them%20in%20white%20chocolate.%20Make%20sure%20the%20cookies%20are%20cooled%20completely%20before%20adding%20them%20to%20the%20ice%20cream.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20ice%20cream%20into%20a%20loaf%20pan%20or%20container.%20I%20added%20a%20few%20extra%20cookie%20pieces%20to%20the%20top%20and%20a%20sprinkle%20of%20cinnamon%20sugar.%20I%20wanted%20the%20ice%20cream%20to%20be%20pretty!%20%20Freeze%20until%20solid,%20about%206%20hours%20and%20then%20scoop%20away!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20nervous%20our%20ice%20cream%20creation%20wouldn%E2%80%99t%20taste%20as%20good%20as%20Bi-Rite%E2%80%99s,%20but%20guess%20what?%20It%20is%20just%20as%20good%E2%80%A6maybe%20even%20better!%20After%20every%20bite,%20I%20kept%20telling%20Josh%20that%20it%20really%20does%20taste%20like%20it!%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20believe%20it!%20I%20think%20he%20got%20sick%20of%20me%20saying%20how%20good%20it%20was%20over%20and%20over,%20but%20I%20was%20beyond%20pleased%20with%20our%20ice%20cream%20results!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20No%20Churn%20Cinnamon%20Snickerdoodle%20Ice%20Cream%20is%20perfection.%20Our%20freezer%20is%20going%20to%20be%20stocked%20with%20this%20ice%20cream%20for%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20summer.%20I%20will%20probably%20have%20to%20make%20it%20a%20million%20times%20because%20I%20know%20I%20will%20be%20eating%20it%20every%20day.%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20mind%20though,%20it%E2%80%99s%20easy%20to%20make%20and%20eating%20ice%20cream%20every%20day%20in%20the%20summer%20is%20kind%20of%20a%20given.%20Plus,%20July%20is%20National%20Ice%20Cream%20Month%20so%20I%20have%20to%20celebrate%20daily:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGive%20our%20No%20Churn%20Cinnamon%20Snickerdoodle%20Ice%20Cream%20a%20try!%20It%20is%20my%20favorite%20and%20I%20think%20you%20will%20like%20it%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20Churn%20Cinnamon%20Snickerdoodle%20Ice%20Cream%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYield:%201%201/2%20quarts%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrep%20Time:%2015%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETotal%20Time:%206%20hours%2015%20minutes%20(includes%20chill%20time)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECreamy%20cinnamon%20ice%20cream%20with%20snickerdoodle%20cookie%20pieces.%20This%20easy%20no%20churn%20ice%20cream%20is%20the%20BEST!%20I%20can%20never%20stop%20at%20one%20scoop!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20In%20a%20medium%20bowl,%20stir%20together%20sweetened%20condensed%20milk,%20vanilla%20extract,%20and%20cinnamon.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20In%20the%20bowl%20of%20a%20stand%20mixer,%20using%20the%20whisk%20attachment,%20beat%20cream%20on%20high%20until%20stiff%20peaks%20form,%20about%203%20minutes.%20With%20a%20rubber%20spatula,%20gently%20fold%20whipped%20cream%20into%20the%20sweetened%20condensed%20milk%20mixture.%20Stir%20in%201%201/4%20cups%20of%20the%20snickerdoodle%20cookie%20pieces.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Pour%20ice%20cream%20mixture%20into%20a%20loaf%20pan%20or%20container.%20Smooth%20with%20a%20spatula%20and%20sprinkle%20remaining%20cookie%20pieces%20over%20the%20top.%20If%20desired,%20sprinkle%20a%20little%20cinnamon%20sugar%20over%20the%20top%20too.%20Cover%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20until%20firm,%20about%206%20hours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20When%20ready%20to%20serve,%20remove%20from%20freezer%20and%20scoop%20away!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote-I%20used%20my%20favorite%20snickerdoodle%20cookie%20recipe,%20but%20didn't%20dip%20them%20in%20white%20chocolate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdapted%20from%20Martha%20Stewart%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFollow%20twopeasandpod%20on%20Instagram%20and%20show%20us%20what%20recipes%2
