    Excellent show of traditional Dominican (And caribbean) food. While it's traditional to eat with "chicharron" (deep fried pork belly) in contemporary Dominican food it's also seen with shrimp (camarofongo) and other delicious variations...
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
