  • Lime Juice – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander Leaves(finely Chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Ground to a smooth Paste
  • Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies(chopped) – 2
  • Coriander seeds –1 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 3/4 tsp
  • Black Peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
  • Water – 2-3 tbsp
  • For Tempering
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds –1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder – 1/2 tsp
