  • Swordfish steaks Dijon mustard Capers
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill
  • 2 fl ounce white wine
  • 1/2 ounce Melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix Dijon mustard, white wine, dill and capers together. Coat swordfish steaks in butter and pour Dijon mix.
  2. Marinate for an hour or possibly more. Bake at 400F till fish is cooked. Serve warm.
