Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 6 ounces plain Greek Yogurt (I used Fage)
  • ⅓ cup 2% milk
  • zest of two lemons
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about two lemons)
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla bean paste
