  • Almonds (or Cashew Nuts) – 1 tsp, toasted
  • Parsley (or Coriander Leaves) – handful, finely chopped
  • Juice and Zest of 1 small Lemon
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
  • Salt – as per taste
