Ingredients
- 4 lrg sweet potato
- 1 pkt PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 1/2 c. orange, juice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- COOK sweet potatoes till tender.
- MASH potatoes with cream cheese, orange juice and nutmeg.
- TRANSFER sweet potato mix to an 8-c. (2 L) baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 20 minutes or possibly till mix is piping warm. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
