Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly to taste)
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. catsup
Directions
- Cut tail piece from wings and throw away. Disjoint remaining wing and coat pcs with 2 Tbsp. veg. oil, salt and pepper. Spread pcs on baking sheet- -don't overlap. Mix the other 4 ingredients and pour over chicken wings. Bake in oven at 350 till sauce carmelizes. Turn pcs as needed.
