Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. grated onions
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • Season to taste, 1 teaspoon salt - pepper

Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients. Mix 2 c. crushed corn flakes with 1/2 cube butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees from 1/2 to 1 hour.
