Ingredients

  • 1 x Recipe flat bread
  • 1 ct (8 ounce) of ricotta cheese, liquid removed
  • 3 x Plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil chiffonade Shaved parmesan
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Cloves roasted garlic

Directions

  1. Place oil and garlic in a blender and blend till smooth. Strain. Set aside. Flatten dough, brush liberally with extra virgin olive oil and through on the grill. Grill on one side till golden. Turn over and spread with ricotta, tomatoes and basil. Remove and top with shaved parmesan and drizzle with garlic oil.
