Ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 16 ounce. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Cook macaroni till tender. Drain. Heat cheese with evaporated lowfat milk over low heat. Mix with macaroni. Add in beaten Large eggs, salt and melted butter. Pour into a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cut into squares to serve.
