    I haven't tried your recipe- I love the bread mix idea and will do it soon. I have made cinnamon rolls with wheat flour for many years and can offer a little advice on construction: I like to roll out the dough into a thin rectangle, then I brush the whole thing with melted butter (I only use about two tablespoons), sprinkle on brown sugar, then cinnamon, then a generous amount of chopped walnuts and raisins. I roll the rectangle from front to back, rolling along the longer side, until I have a nice thick roll. THEN I cut the roll into twelve pieces and put them in a 9X13" pan to bake. I like to ice them with a simple cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla frosting (with a little bit of milk to get it to a nice spreadable consistency).
